Xoá tài khoản Finany
Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản Finany cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào. Có hai cách.
Cách 1: Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng
- Mở Finany và đăng nhập vào tài khoản muốn xoá.
- Vào tab Cài đặt, kéo xuống cuối trang và chạm Xoá tài khoản. Nút này cũng có trong Cài đặt › Tài khoản.
- Đọc danh sách những gì sẽ bị xoá, rồi gõ XOÁ vào ô xác nhận.
- Chạm Xoá tài khoản. Ứng dụng xoá dữ liệu trên máy chủ rồi đăng xuất.
Cách 2: Gửi email cho chúng tôi
Nếu không mở được ứng dụng, hãy gửi email tới ngocthua92@live.com từ chính địa chỉ email của tài khoản, với tiêu đề Delete Finany account.
Chúng tôi xoá tài khoản trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ khi nhận được email, rồi trả lời để báo đã xong. Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Apple và đã ẩn email, hãy gửi kèm địa chỉ chuyển tiếp của Apple (có đuôi @privaterelay.appleid.com, xem trong phần Đăng nhập bằng Apple của Apple ID) để chúng tôi tìm đúng tài khoản.
Dữ liệu bị xoá
- Tài khoản đăng nhập: email, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện và thiết lập.
- Các ví mà bạn sở hữu, cùng toàn bộ giao dịch trong đó. Nếu ví được dùng chung, các thành viên khác cũng sẽ mất quyền xem ví. Điều này có thể ảnh hưởng đến những người dùng chia sẻ ví.
- Ảnh hoá đơn trong các ví bạn sở hữu.
- Các giao dịch mà bạn đã ghi trong ví dùng chung của người khác. Việc xoá tài khoản sẽ xóa những giao dịch này.
- Tư cách thành viên của bạn trong ví dùng chung và lời mời bạn đã gửi.
- Sổ nợ, danh mục riêng, kế hoạch, ngân sách và giao dịch lặp lại.
- Ghi nhớ của Nany.
Những gì còn lại và trong bao lâu
- Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao lưu nào có thể khôi phục dữ liệu đã xoá, nên tài khoản đã xoá không lấy lại được.
- Nhật ký kỹ thuật của máy chủ, như địa chỉ IP và thời gian truy cập, được nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (Supabase) giữ tối đa 1 ngày rồi tự động xóa.
- Câu bạn gửi Nany mà máy không tự hiểu được sẽ đi qua Groq. Mặc định Groq không lưu các câu này; Groq chỉ ghi tạm khi cần xử lý sự cố hoặc điều tra lạm dụng, và giữ tối đa 30 ngày trừ khi luật bắt buộc giữ lâu hơn.
- Lịch sử trò chuyện với Nany chỉ được lưu trên máy của bạn. Khi gỡ ứng dụng, dữ liệu đó sẽ biến mất vĩnh viễn.
- Giao diện bạn đã mua gắn với tài khoản App Store hoặc Google Play, không phải với tài khoản Finany. Apple và Google sẽ lưu hóa đơn mua theo chính sách riêng của họ.

Delete your Finany account
You can delete your Finany account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: Delete it in the app
- Open the Finany app. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Settings tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap Delete account. You’ll also find this button under Settings › Account.
- Read the list of things that will be deleted. Then type DELETE exactly as shown in the confirmation box.
- Tap Delete account. The app will remove your data from our server. Sign you out right away.
Option 2: Email us
If you can't open the app, email ngocthua92@live.com from the email address of the account, with the subject Delete Finany account.
If you delete your account by email we’ll delete it within 7 days after we get your message. We’ll reply to let you know when it’s done. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email include your Apple relay address (it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com. You can find it under Sign in with Apple in your Apple ID settings). That helps us find the account.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account: your email, display name, profile picture and all your settings.
- The wallets you own. Every single transaction inside them. If a wallet is shared the other people who had access will lose it too.
- Any receipt photos saved in the wallets you own.
- Transactions you recorded in wallets that belong to people and are shared with you.
- Your membership, in shared wallets and any invites you sent to others.
- All your debts, custom categories, plans, budgets and repeating transactions.
- Nany’s memories. Those are gone too.
What is kept, and for how long
- We keep no backups that could restore deleted data, so a deleted account cannot be recovered.
- Our hosting provider (Supabase) keeps server logs, like IP addresses and access times, for up to 1 day. After that they are deleted automatically.
- Messages to Nany that the device cannot understand go through Groq. Groq does not keep them by default. It only logs them temporarily to fix reliability problems or investigate abuse, and keeps those logs for up to 30 days unless the law requires longer.
- Your chat history with Nany lives only on your device. Uninstall the app and it is gone.
- Themes you bought are linked to your App Store or Google Play account not your Finany account. Apple and Google handle purchase records based on their rules.
